Ingredientes

  • 1 kg de corazón de res

  • 3 cucharadas de ají panca

  • 3 dientes de ajo molidos

  • 2 cucharadas de vinagre

  • 1 cucharadita de comino

  • Sal y pimienta al gusto

  • Palitos de brocheta

Preparación

  • Corta el corazón en trozos medianos y colócalos en un bowl.

  • Mezcla el ají panca, ajo, vinagre, comino, sal y pimienta. Marina la carne por al menos 2 horas.

  • Ensarta los trozos en los palitos y ásalos en parrilla o sartén caliente por 3-4 minutos por lado.
